Funside of Fitness

Physical activity is not an option but a requirement for wellness. During distressed unusual times it's easy to be knocked off track. Or maybe there is a sedentary and eating binge spiraling underway.  Like everything else in life it's not the fall, but the getting back-up.

How do we find our way out? UBABY encourage the Kaizen Way "taking one small step at a time. Right now a natural serotonin (fun) bump will help make the journey palatable and more sustainable. Make sure we have physical distancing and dance, walk, skate, ride a bike, hoola-hoop and stuff like that. Beginning with fun physical activities will help to mentally and physically stimulate towards building up to moderate to high cardio for 30 - 45 minutes for 3 to 4 days per week.

Keeping up with each other in and out doors is important. Family activites are excellent bonding tools. It helps to build connectivity and trust. Outdoor activities and games are good rather you're single or have a family. Walking, bicycling, hoola hoop, gardening, or even four square are all fun fit activities.

Dancing

Rather it's alone or with family, scheduled or impromptu, dancing is always a great physical activity, mood and energy booster.
